cps67.jpg
This kit will control the speed of any common DC motor rated up to 100V (7A). Operates on 5V to 15V. Uses a NE556 to pulse-width modulate a high current switching power transistor, IRF530 MOSFET. In this way motor torque is maintained. Adjustable speed control. (CPS67)

Bidirectional DC Motor Speed Controller

This kit allows controlling the speed of a DC motor in both the forward and reverse direction. The range of control is from fully OFF to fully ON in both directions. Normally, switches are used to change the direction of rotation of a DC motor. Change the polarity of the applied voltage and the motor spins the other way! However this has the disadvantage that a DPDT switch has to be added to change the polarity of the applied voltage. Now you have two things to control the motor – a direction switch as well as the speed control. Also, it is not a good idea to suddenly reverse the voltage on a DC motor while it is spinning. It can cause a current surge that can burn out the speed controller. Not to mention any mechanical stress it can cause as well. PCB size: 93mm x 42mm (3.625 x 1.625 inch) (CPS166)

DC TO PULSE WIDTH MODULATOR

This control circuit is ideal for the accurate control of DC motors, lighting levels, small heaters as well as other applications. The circuit converts a DC voltage into a series of pulses, such that the pulse duration is directly proportional to the value of the DC voltage. The great advantage of such a circuit is that almost no power is lost in the control circuit. Protected against overload and short circuit.

Hi Current DC Motor PID Speed Controller

KTA-195 Hi Current DC Motor PWM Speed Controller
This DC motor controller uses PWM Pulse Width Modulation to control the speed of a DC motor. A potentiometer can be used to set the speed or a 0 to 5VDC or 4-20mA signal can be supplied.
With this kit you can control the speed of a common DC motor rated up to 55V (20A) without sacrificing motor torque.  Operates on a supply voltage of 8V to 26V.
Uses a microcontroller to pulse-width modulate two high current power IRFZ44 MOSFETs to provide high torque DC Motor Speed Control.
Now PWM Frequencies of 9.7KHz, 1.2KHz, 152Hz and 38Hz can be selected using DIP Switches.
This controller is suitable for controlling Golf Buggy DC Motors. A customer recently said this was the best controller he had used with his Golf Buggy Motor.

Finished Dimensions (mm): 100Wx100Lx40H.
