Dual HI / LO Switching Relay Board
Documentation in acrobat format
(K156)
The kit is based around the ULN2003A IC, a 7-channel high voltage, high current relay driver. The inputs are TTL compatible so they can be connected to 5V. LO 0-0.8VDC. HI 2.4V - 12VDC. Operating voltage: 12V DC. The relay will be operated when either the LO input is low (0 – 0.8V) or the HI input is high (2.4V – 12V.). Two 12V relays, coil resistance 400 ohm are used. It is rated to switch 250VAC at 12A. However, because of the PCB track thickness and width we do not recommend using the relay to switch more than 5A. PCB size: 2 3/4"x1 3/4" (CPS156)

QUAD RELAY CARD
Connecting a number of relays to the outputs of an electronic network may seem very simple, but in reality it might possibly create some problems regarding the cabling. This kit provides an attractive and compact alternative. Moreover, it can be assembled and connected very rapidly.

Relay Board for 2 x 1A Miniature Relays
Quite often the hobbyist needs to use a relay. For example the output of a PIR has output pads for the alarm signal which must be connected to a remote switching device. To fill needs like these we have two kits which are just a relay, PCB and terminal blocks for the input/output signals. There are many relay pin-outs & drive voltages to select from. We have standardized on two 12V relays from Goodsky Relay Board for 2 x 1A Miniature Relays(CPS45)

Audio to light modulator kit
A music-to-light modulator is a circuit which controls the intensity of one or more lights in response to an audio input. The kit is ideal to give the rhythm to any party or disco without much money. Very safe operation as it uses an opto-coupler as a coupling device between the audio and the mains controlling stages of the circuit.
Input trigger voltage: 2.3 - 2.5V (min)
Operating voltage: 110 or 250 VAC
Power handling: 220W @ 110V or 500W @ 250V
PCB size: 2.16" x 1.63" (To help in the decision to select an enclosure keep in mind that the heat sink used in the kit is about 1" tall.)
PLEASE NOTE, THIS KIT USES 120V MAINS ELECTRICITY AND SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED BY ANYONE WITHOUT THE PROPER SKILL LEVEL. THIS SHOULD ALSO BE BUILT IN A SUITABLE PLASTIC ENCLOSURE.

QUAD TRIAC SWITCH CARD
Relays are usually used to switch AC voltages by means of an electronic control because of their simplicity. However, when switching occurs too frequently or too quickly the life time of the contact points is shortened considerably. This can be solved perfectly by replacing the relays with a triac. Using optocouplers, the entire interface network remains electrically isolated from the voltage that has to be switched.
