Two DOS utilities are available for downloading to examine and reorder fragmented hex files which some compilers produce. (Fragmented hex files can choke any serial programming software not expecting it.) hexmap.exe and reorder.exe
You may use the following no frills terminal program that is easier than Hyperterminal. DOS based but will run under W9x. How to use term.exe

firmware k148 (T2) - Stopwatch with Pause

Another in the series of timer kits based on the K148 hardware platform. This is a classic stopwatch timer with a pause feature as well. Timing is in hours, minutes, seconds and hundredths of a second up to a maximum of ‘99:59:59.99’. An output signal which pulses low every minute is also available. Please note this item requires the CPS148 to work. This is only the firmware chip for CPS148.

Touch/Contact Switch
