The C329 SPI JPEG compression module performs as a video camera or a JPEG compressed still camera. Users can send out a snapshot command from the host in order to capture a full resolution single-frame still picture (OV7725 sensor). This item is our replacement product for the C328 camera module which is phasing out. Please note the command-set of the C329 and C328 is not identical.

Fused silica (JGS2) 0.5inch x 0.5inch

Thickness = 0.080inch (~2mm)

These cut filters are an insert lens for the cameras; if you remove the 2 screws that attach the lens to the pcb, they can be installed and fit directly into the camera. The filters have a lightpass at about 860nm and are designed to work with IR LEDs emitting at 860nm. This allows the cameras to work during daylight and at night using IR.
