We got one final batch of this model (C328RS) in. The C328 JPEG compression module performs as a video camera or a JPEG compressed still camera. Users can send a snapshot command from the host in order to capture a full resolution single-frame still picture (OV7660 sensor). The picture is then compressed by the JPEG engine (OV528) and transferred to the host. This item is our replacement product for the C328 camera module which is phasing out. Please note the command-set of the C329 and C328 is not identical.

The C329 UART JPEG compression module performs as a video camera or a JPEG compressed still camera. Users can send out a snapshot command from the host in order to capture a full resolution single-frame still picture (OV7725 sensor). The picture is then compressed by the JPEG engine (OV529) and transferred to the host.

C429-L28 JPEG Compression VGA Camera Module WITH IR-CUT filter mounted on sensor & 2.8mm lens

The C429 JPEG compression module performs as a video camera or a JPEG compressed still camera. Users can send a snapshot command from the host in order to capture a full resolution, single-frame still picture (MT9v011+VC706 sensor). The picture is then compressed by the JPEG engine (VC0706) and transferred to the host. A schematic to build your own EV kit and software for the camera is also included. (This is another replacement for the C328 cameras even though the command-set is not identical to that used in them.) INCLUDES built-in IR-CUT FILTER mounted on sensor, 2.8mm LENS, & 6 pin cable w/connector.

1/3 Color Camera Mod C3188A-6018 Digital output

The lens mounting comes with the camera. It is removed in the picture to show the Omnivision sensor. This camera includes a monochrome analog 60Hz output (EIA) in addition to the color digital output. The analog output is useful for viewing the image while setting up the digital output. The C3188A now uses omniVision's OV7620 sensor instead of the OV7610 that was used for the C3188.
